Bob Steele Salon Appointment Guidelines
To provide every guest with the highest level of service and to honor the time reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask for the following:
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).
- Services reserved for 2½ hours or longer require 48 hours' notice.
- Extension services require 72 hours' notice.
- Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have services adjusted or rescheduled. If we are unable to accommodate the appointment, the cancellation fee may apply.
Our Commitment to You
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your service does not meet your expectations, please contact the salon as soon as possible. We are happy to discuss an appropriate solution.
Service adjustments must be requested within two weeks of your appointment and will be performed by your original stylist or another stylist at the same level. Should you choose to have the adjustment completed by a higher-level stylist, you will be responsible for the difference in service pricing.
Consultation & Hair Integrity
Every guest's hair is unique, and not every inspiration photo can be achieved while maintaining the health of your hair. During your consultation, your stylist will discuss realistic expectations and recommend the best approach.
To ensure the safest and most successful results, we ask that you provide a complete and accurate hair history. Results may be affected if previous chemical services or treatments are not disclosed.
Bob Steele Salon reserves the right to decline services when necessary to protect the integrity of your hair or to maintain a respectful salon environment.
