I loved my experience at Bob Steele Buckhead. I got there 10 min before my appointment. I enjoyed my visit from time of arrival until I stepped a foot out the door. I was greeted by the lovely receptionist, who was attentive, informative just so lovely. She offered and made me the best coffee. I waited maybe 3 mins for Celeste, she was on time, she was pleasant and so welcoming. She made me feel so comfortable, she was gentle. Her vibe was just so calming and relaxing. We talked about my ny hair goals and I shared my needs and she did exactly what I wanted. I will be coming back and seeing Celeste in 3 months. She was wonderful :)

I had a wonderful time with London the shampoo was amazing and the cut was the star of the show.It was worth the wait I will be back every time I visit ATL ❤️.Must I add the 2 young ladies at the front desk was so professional as well. Danny is always wonderful. Parking lot was closed. It would have been nice if I had gotten a text suggesting where I could park. I parked in front of mail pickup and got a Parking Violation from MMA. No charge thankfully!

Melissa Sims is a great hairdresser. I have fine long layered hair and if layers are not cut correctly my hair will not look full. The process to check in and check out is always quick and smooth. It\'s very convenient being able to schedule my appointments online

Unfortunately, this was not a great experience. The haircut is not what I asked for. I specifically requested that very little length be taken off, but the front is now so short that I can’t even pull it all the way back, despite us discussing that concern beforehand. She left the back long and the front super short. We also talked several times about how I wear my hair—either parted in the middle or on the left. However, it was styled to the right. Once I got home, I noticed the left side in the front near my jaw is about two inches shorter than the right. I was looking for subtle shaping, but this was much more than that. The appointment also felt rushed. Victoria never introduced herself, so I wasn’t sure in the beginning when headed to the hairwash whether she was my stylist or an assistant. I had expected a more thoughtful consultation and cut, but I was in and out in about 30 minutes, and the experience felt more like a budget chain salon than the level of service I was expecting. Not a $135 haircut. Checking out was also frustrating. There was only one person at the front desk, and because another customer was having communication difficulties, I waited at least 10 minutes to pay. I genuinely wish I had something more positive to say because I never leave negative reviews. I’m simply disappointed and now have to wait for my hair to grow out.

Danielle did a fantastic job of getting my hair back to how I like it best. She’s phenomenally talented. Pricey but excellent! Elyce is the best up front gal I’ve ever experienced. I had an 11:15am appt today that wasn’t showing on the books when I got there. (had made it literally 30 min before coming) Elyce didn’t skip a beat and got me in with Danielle immediately. Then afterward, helped me sort through the sticker shock of the expense. All the while being cheerful and super professional. Adore her!

Mia was fantastic! I absolutely loved my hair and felt so like myself. I have found my new home here :)

Everything about this experience was amazing. Loved Lindsey and she did an amazing job!

Definitely will not be back. I was recommended this salon and specific stylist by a friend, so I trusted it. The stylist was a level 8, which implied significant experience, so I trusted it. When I arrived, I showed the stylist a photo of what I wanted and for about 30 min she consulted with other stylists and was pretty negative about the service overall. Yet, I trusted it because she was an 8 and was recommended. Fast forward, my hair wasn’t lifting the way that she wanted and for two hours she gas lit me and insisted that I must have used boxed color. Honey, I’m not paying you $400 to hide a $10 box from you. The end result was poorly placed ORANGE streaks nested between a base that was toned to black instead of dark brown like I asked for. The hair cut similarly was not great. I understand new stylists sometimes take a while to get to know your hair and get it right. Had she just said hey let’s take it slow, or hey let’s try again, or just had a positive attitude, I would have given it a second chance. My hair is porous and pulls red, so it does take a lot of patience and expertise. But the negativity and consistent accusations were not expected or appreciated. I most certainly will not be back. Not naming stylist because I’m sensitive to the friend who recommended her. But the behavior and value for service left a lot to be desired.

I had an appointment with Jen at the Atlanta location and the service was really poor. No consultation was provided except \"Let\'s cut it and then see\". The service was extremely rushed. Styling was part of the service but no preference was asked. When asked for a different style, she looked at her watch and simply said no. This is not my first time at Bob steele and I was a repeat customer up until today. Had a really bad experience. Services
