Originally from Orlando, Florida, Lauren Gailey brings an artistic eye and creative approach to every appointment. After apprenticing with Bob Steele Salon, she discovered a passion for balayage and men’s cutting services, blending technical skill with her background in Fine Arts Sculpture. Lauren loves helping guests achieve effortless, customized looks while creating a welcoming and collaborative salon experience. Outside of the salon, she enjoys creating art and spending time outdoors in nature.
